Asthma with possible bronchitis?

I have had this tickly cough with phlegm for over 2 months now. I am using all the Asthma inhalers necessary and have taken 2 courses of antibiotic. Still I feel so unwell and get at least 6 times a day a coughing fit that is so intense that I sometimes have to vomit. Any idea what this is?
