There is a small one similar to a small IV bag that is made for sports enthusiasts like yourself. It's only short term and once you're done cycling, you can privately replace it or wait until you get home. Now the adhesive. I had this problem with a lot of my patients that were stationary. There is a product out there that you put on your skin before applying the adhesive. This allows for maximum hole. Another solution would be surgical tape around the the bag once you apply it to the stoma. Use silk tape, not paper. Paper does not stick well in heat or sweaty situations. I hate it.
