Calming baby during diaper changes?

I know that mine all fussed when they were younger as they were nice and warm before the diaper came off. Not sure of any other suggestions other than to make em quick and get her dressed and warm again as soon as possible. Mine all calmed about the diaper changes as they got older an were able to regulate their temp better. GL
