Business opening/ concession trailer?

Hi, I'm interested in operating/opening business ""concession trailer"" but I do not know where to go, who to ask, what to do, how to do, all I care to make money. I'm in very tight situation, so I thought about opening/buying/investing in concession trailer to sell hot dogs or bagel/coffee, anyone is operating or knows anything about it please seriously help me. I'm in North Carolina. I see them around, and never had the courage to ask them, bcs I feel they will not give me an honest answer, so I prefered to ask here. Thanks a lot. Jasmine.
