I like a guy but I think he likes me as a little sister?

there's this guy whos a year older then me and he has this thing where we do a little handshake, we do it like 10 times a day, and we sometimes text, but I really dont think he likes me like that I just really wish he would, and sometimes I feel like he likes me at school, but as soon as he goes home he forgets about me, I've caught him staring at me a lot, and he told me I'm his favourite grade seven girl, but I just feel like I'm his little sister, and I dont know what to do now.
