I had my gall bladder removed 16 years ago and have had absolutely no major complications since. The only problem that I experienced was heartburn and discomfort after eating raw vegetables or meat. That resolved itself with time. You should also be aware that gall bladder problems can be an indication of possible thyroid problems in the future. Also, it should not interfere with having children at all.
