Whats thebest script/software to use for my famly tree website?

I'm thinking of making a website dedicated to only a village. i want to add a family tree to the site ..again dedicated to those villagers. Are there any scripts out there which i can use..i do not mind paying for scripts/software. i want to have the ability to be the administartor of it. your advice and help will be much appriciated? alternatively...are there any web designers who can crate a script as such..can pay good money for good script. i have a feeling it may be a bespoke script.
