Do you think that I could be pregnant?

I don't have periods and when I i bleed for months on end....... Lately I have been having abd pain (Upper), very nausea, and always tired... I have been having with my hubby........ Oh i forgot to mention that my are painful you can't even touch them sometimes...... so what do you think
