How would the British populist press act if Spain loudly denounced the behaviour of English ex-pats...?

...would the Policia and Guardia Civil be seen as 'spoilsports' - and even more surreal...would the misfits be shown as tearful 'victims', as they uncomfortably sit on the seats at Corte criminal del Benalm�dena - or perhaps in the departure lounge at M�laga airport?
